How do I place a tax-exempt order online? You cannot currently place a tax-exempt order online. However, you can place a tax-exempt order by phone. Please call 505-722-4366 ext 117 and have your tax-exempt ID number available. You will also need to fax the tax exempt form to 505-905-4138.
Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box? Yes, we can depending upon the item size etc. Call 505-722-4366 ext 117 if you have questions.
What are your shipping rates? Our shipping costs are based on the actual weight, dimensions and destination of your order.
Can I call my local store and have an item shipped to me? Yes, call 505-722-4366 ext 117 to speak with one of our customer service representatives.
What carriers do you use to ship orders? Most of our packages are shipped UPS or USPS.
Can I track my order online? Yes. Use the tracking number provided from your shipping confirmation e-mail. If you're a registered user, you can access your online history to continually check your order status and updates.
Can I return an online order at T&R Jewelry and Pawn? Yes. Bring the online order in with your receipt, order number, or account number. It will typically take 7-14 business days for the credit to be issued to your original payment method.
Do you take backorders? No, at this time we do not accept backorders online. If you would like to check availability of purchasing an item that is currently out of stock online call 505-722-4366 ext 117 and speak with a customer service representative.
I do not have my return label, where do I send an item I purchased online and would like to return? Online ordered items should be mailed via a traceable method to the following address:

Orders Can I mail in my order? No, at this time we cannot process mail in orders by bank check.
Do prices vary for items available online and in my local store? Yes. There is the potential for price changes made in store that will reflect online shortly thereafter.
Do I have to register online to place an online order? No. You can check out as a guest user when purchasing orders online. However, we do recommend that you register so that you can easily check and track your order.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed? You may cancel or change your order up to 59 minutes after you have placed it by contacting our Customer Solutions Call Center at 1-505-722-4366 ext 117.
Pricing Do you charge sales tax for online orders? Yes, T&R Jewelry and Pawn collects and remits sales tax as required by United States law, the tr-pawn.com site also collects and remits sales tax as required by state tax laws. Tax will be collected in New Mexico.
The price of an item in my local store is different (higher) than I saw online. Will the store honor the online price? It is at the discretion of the store management team to honor the lower online price.
What products are excluded from online promotions and coupons? All online coupons and promotions exclude "in-store only" items, shipping charges and fees, tax, gift cards, sale items, and special orders.

Why do you show products online that are currently not for sale online? We showcase some of our most popular products online even though they are not feasible to sell online, because we like to give our customers a comprehensive view of all the interesting items available at T&R Jewelry and Pawn.
